Door Pick Up Customers: you will receive a call informing you of the day and said time of pick up for your vehicle. Door pick-ups require a 3 days in Florida remember it is a big state and 2 days in Mass, R.I., N.H., C.T window before the transport date. Please be available both days until you receive your pick up time. Go about your business and keep your cellphone with you. We appreciate your co-operation.
Up to 100 lbs. of personal items may be stored in the trunk or cargo area only. All seats must remain in an upright position. Do not put anything in the back seat except gold clubs, clothes laying down or garment bags. Nothing in the front seat or behind the front seats.
Do not have a full tank of gas.
Disable your ezpass and/or sunpass. We are not responsible if it is scanned while your car is on the truck.
The ignition, door and trunk key must accompany the car during shipment. Keep an extra set of keys with you.
Prior to your transport date, check the undercarriage of your vehicle to be sure there are no leaking fluids such as oil, antifreeze, transmission fluid etc.
Please advise us of any special starting, stopping or alarm disabling procedures for your car.
OUR TRUCKS ARE OPEN CARRIERS: the cleanliness of your car on arrival is not guaranteed.
If you want your vehicle in Florida before you get there(visa versa) heading back north please use one of our terminals. Two weeks before your are scheduled to arrive is a good time to drop off. Drop off and pick up times are not guaranteed because we are unloading and uploading during this time to head back the other way and these things take time. In addition, we do not leave until we get a full load.
You must have a biding contract with us via fax, e-mail( agreeing to terms and conditions from order form) or giving us your credit card number. Leaving a voice mail message does not constitute notification.
